Ingredients
1 large (5.1 ounces) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin puree
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
1/2 cup non-dairy whipped topping
Preparation
Wash hands with soap and water.
Prepare pudding according to package directions, but instead of the regular milk that is listed on the box, use 1 can (12 ounces) of evaporated milk.
Chill pudding until thickened, about 10-15 minutes.
Add pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon to chilled pudding mixture. Mix thoroughly.
Chill before serving.
Top with non-dairy whipped topping to serve.
